The network
What is Me5rine LAB?
Me5rine LAB is a media network covering digital, tech and video games. The network aims to become a major player in content creation, with tools for members and creators.
Which sites are part of the network?
Sister sites are listed in the footer of every property, under Our sites.
Do I need a separate account on each site?
No. One Me5rine LAB account works on every site of the network. Log in once to reach your profile, workspace and community tools.

How do I create an account?
Use Log in in the header. Sign up and password reset are on the same network sign-in screen. The same login then works on JV Actu, Poké HUB and the other sites.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use Log in in the header, then Forgot password on the network sign-in screen, and enter the email address of your network account.
Where do I manage my profile and settings?
When you are logged in, the header account menu opens your public profile and your account settings (connections, wallets, visibility, data).
How do I view or delete my personal data?
You can review or delete your information from Account → Data, or send a request with the contact form. We do not sell member data. Details are in the terms of use.

How do I contact the team?
Use the contact form. You may find the answer here first; otherwise send your request and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
What can I write about on the contact form?
The form covers advertising, account or display-name issues, illegal content reports, partnerships and giveaways, press releases, editorial requests, site bugs, and anything else. Pick the site concerned (Me5rine LAB, JV Actu, Poké HUB, Squat Geek, Me5rine, Clicks & Games, …).
How do I report illegal content or a bug?
Use the contact form and choose Report illegal content or Report a site bug, then select the site. Include a link and a short description so we can act quickly.
Legal, shop and plans
Where are the terms of use?
Using any site of the network implies full acceptance of the terms of use. Those terms may be changed or completed at any time.
Where are the terms of sale?
Orders, prices, delivery, withdrawal and warranties for the shop are described in the terms of sale. The terms that apply are those in force on the day of the order.
How do membership plans work?
Free is the network account. Bronze, Silver and Gold are the same membership levels whether you buy them in the shop or get them from Twitch, YouTube or another platform. The pricing page has the plan comparison and checkout details.
